Borgo Valle Rita is a certified organic farm in the hills of Ginosa. Enjoy elegant, countryside accommodation immersed in 103 hectares of agricultural land, not far from the Apulian coast. Borgo Valle Rita offers simple but comfortable apartments with antique furniture and a range of facilities. In the hotel’s peaceful gardens you will find a swimming pool and tennis courts. A children’s playground is available, and near the hotel you will find horse riding stables and a golf club. You can also explore the area on mountain bike. The wonderful beaches of Policoro and Metaponto are nearby. Many interesting towns are also just a short drive from the hotel, including ancient Matera, a World Heritage Site, and Taranto. Back at the property you can enjoy the best of regional cuisine, served in the former farmhouse. Ingredients are all fresh and many are produced on-site. Villa Rita’s organic fruit, vegetables, olives, grapes, oil and wine can all be tasted and purchased at the establishment. During summer the hotel may only be bookable for weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday.

The Valle Rita farmhouse is part of an ancient feudal palace of Princess Maria Cristina of Austria (16th century).
