The apartment was purchased by my parents 6 years ago. The initial idea was to reconstruct a simple upper floor of a property house, the work carried out, autonomously, resulted in a small but cozy independent house. There is the work of my parents, but not only of my whole family: the floor at the door of the house, was made by my uncle Mario. We welcome you in a small but cozy apartment. The property is in a small village of 550 m above sea level, located 13km from Praia a Mare, in the province of Cosenza, on the Tyrrhenian coast. For those who want peace and coexistence between warm sea air and fresh mountain air, this is the right place to satisfy these needs. The personal advice is to self-drive to move around with more comfort. Otherwise there is the possibility of a paid shuttle (2,80 euro round/return) following the lines AIETA-PRAIA A MARE/PRAIA A A MARE- AIETA( 7.30-11.00-15.00-15.30-17.30 via giovanrea/via roma/7:00/10:30-14.00-17.30.00.00) In addition, it is worth noting the presence of only the following telephone lines: Vodafone, Tim, kena. Located at the ends of the neighbourhood, after it there is only a family home. It is present discretion, peace of mind and friendliness expressed by the neighbors. The parking lot is located 10 meters from the house. From there continue straight on, facing the first, sweet steepness of the village to join on a pitch with a wall at the bottom, then continue to meet just after the arch, on the right, a staircase that will take you straight to rest.
