L'esterno è ben arredato con tavoli e poltrone e BBQ Vicinato Homestead situata nella bellissima valle della Garfagnana è circondata da tanta natura bellissima e panorami fantastici. Questa zona offre tante possibilità di attività all'aperto: varie escursioni trekking, dalle più semplici alle più articolate, escursioni a cavallo, vari laghi e fiumi dove poter anche fare attività di canoeing, rafting o semplicemente il bagno e prendere il sole. Si possono fare inoltre avventure sorprendenti nei Parchi Avventura e risalite di piccoli Canyon. Infine Vicinato Homestead è a meno di un'ora dalla bellissima città di Lucca, Firenze a circa 2 ore e il mare è solo distante un'ora e mezza di macchina. A 4 kilometri dalla villa ci sono tutte le comodità: Supermercato, stazione di benzina, farmacia, banca, e una comoda stazione dei treni per Lucca e Viareggio. Insomma un'ottima scelta per una vacanza piena di avventure e relax
