Villa Ananda is a modern building set amongst a patchwork of olive groves and typical Mediterranean plants. The villa, built on 2017, is a two-story house. On the ground floor there are the living room with kitchen corner, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. From the kitchen you may access the covered veranda with dining table. On the first floor, reachable through an external access, there is a further ensuite double bedroom with sea view terrace. The villa is equipped with mosquito nets and wifi. All rooms are air-conditioned and furnished in a modern and functional style. On a side of the house there is the solarium with the swimming pool (10x5), sun beds, external shower and a BBQ area. Villa Ananda is 1.5 km from Scopello where you can find restaurants, coffee bars and small shops. The supermarket is 1 km from here. The closest beach "Guidaloca Bay" is 2.5 km away. The position of the villa allows guests to reach all the main attractions within walking distance.
