Property info

Our villa features a big living-room with a kitchen and five rooms, each with a private bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, TV and free Wi-Fi access. A rich continental-style breakfast buffet is offered in the garden or in the dining room with a view of the sea. You may taste our homemade marmalades, sweeten you palate with fruit picked from our own garden, enjoy the fresh bread coming right from the oven or help yourselves to some of our own eggs. The romantically but also elegantly styled interior, the combination of its light, soft colours with the shining marble floors create a extremely entreating and welcoming atmosphere. In addition, the villa offers its guests two double rooms and private baths. In the spacious “Lux Panorama” suite (bigger than 40 sq. m.), leading to a big terrace facing the sea, it’s possible to add more beds for big families. On the top story the Duplex Suite “Orizzonte” includes a large bedroom with a private terrace and a living room and a big settee that converts into a double bed.

Praia a Mare (Praia a Mare-Tortora – Località Santo Stefano), a quiet town, is part of the “Riviera dei Cedri” (the “cedar coast”), which is around 50 km long, and welcomes its visitors with beaches of white sand, but also rugged shores or private lidos displaying all kinds of amenities. For the tourist, there is a wide choice of outdoor activities: diving and snorkelling, boating, windsurfing, rafting, horse-riding on the beach, parachuting, paragliding, quad-biking, but also classical sports like tennis and golf. Praia’s key attraction is the island of Dino, which majestically rises from the waters just south of the residential area. This island deserves a visit for its numerous caves, in which stalactites and stalagmites have shaped unique natural monuments. To relax, a stroll along Praia’s seafront offers beautiful panoramic views, attractive restaurants that invite you to taste the typical dishes of the region. In the evenings, night spots and public events entertain the tourist who may do some shopping or just simply look at the beautiful starry sky above.
