The house has a covered terrace in front of the living room overlooking the greenery and the pool and with a sitting and a dining area. The living room is suitably furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge. Please note: -Tax Town to be paid on the spot: Euro 1 per pax per day - until 7 days - up to 14 years old are exempt. -If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when needed because of climate must be paid on the spot and based on consumption at Euro 5/mc. -A refundable security deposit of Euro 300 must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
