Villa Ca 'Viola was completely renovated in 2019 with the use of energy-saving technologies (thermal solar panels). Since the end of 2019 it has obtained the licenses as Agriturismo B&B, fulfilling the dream of Marco, a former professional footballer and his father Giancarlo, a nature-loving farmer.

Villa Ca 'Viola is in the beautiful hinterland of Rimini (13km from the center), among olive and cherry trees with a large private swimming pool and an outdoor heated mini Jacuzzi pool for 6 people. Its splendid park of 13 hectares of land is equipped with solarium equipment such as sunbeds and umbrellas, 5-a-side football pitch, a small private fishing lake, relaxation corners with tables, chairs and gazebos and a large private car park. All under video surveillance and in absolute peace just a few minutes from the Marina di Rimini, San Marino, V. Verucchio and Santarcangelo di R. Various affiliated activities (restaurants, bike rental and tour, golf). shared fireplace and gas stove and laundry area. Inside the Villa there is an induction kitchen with every comfort with a master table with 12 seats and a relaxation area with TV and sofa. Individually adjustable air conditioning and heating everywhere. Free Wi-Fi even in the pool.
