It sits on a hill overlooking the surrounding countryside; its views extend to the sea, and the scents of the splendid 6,000 sq m (unfenced) garden, filled with fruit trees, myrtle, bougainvillea, roses, lemon trees, ancient olive trees, and a splendid Pepe Rosa (Pink Pepper) will make your stay here an oasis of peace! In just 5 minutes by car, you can choose from several beaches, such as Foxi Manna or Foxi Murdegu, wide and with fine sand, with a gently sloping, clear, clean sea and crystal-clear water! Easily accessible, with ample paid and free parking. The small kiosk on the beach offers umbrellas and loungers for rent, top-notch cuisine, and unparalleled courtesy! THE SPACE: Park your car in the entrance courtyard, where you'll find a handy cold-water shower for returning home after the beach. The living area is air-conditioned and also features the first bathroom, complete with washing machine, and a closet for use as a pantry and storage space. A staircase adorned with antique blue ceramics leads to the sleeping area, where three bedrooms are located, cooled by dramatic and practical ceiling fans and air conditioning. The spacious bathroom is located here, complete with double sinks and a shower. The sea-view bedroom features an antique French bed, a wardrobe, an antique writing desk, and a small bookcase for guest use. The second double bedroom leads to the rear terrace, where a splendid, lush wisteria provides coolness and intoxicating scents. The sleeping area is completed by a bedroom with two antique single sleigh beds and a large wardrobe. Villa Clara is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay you won't soon forget! PLEASE NOTE: The property is occasionally visited on the external porch by several wild cats in search of food. We would like to inform you of this and ask you to behave as you wish; they do not enter the house, but they do come looking for cuddles and food. Hedgehogs may also arrive, especially at night. They are all harmless and very cute, but it is important that anyone who has other animals or is afraid of them knows about them.
