Independent portion of a new luxury Mediterranean villa in the heart of the Italian Province Puglia, Trani costal town. Situated in quiet surroundings with relax garden and private and secure on ground parking. 5 mins from the town centre and the sea front. Burglar alarm, smoke alarm, first aid, fire extinguisher, WIFI ,Internet LAN and printer. Garden and patio with outdoor furniture. Comprehensive kitchen with large fridge, oven, hub,dishwasher, washing machine,and microwave. Ironing facilities and hair dryer. Mosquito and blackout blinds Large format HD TV. A bar towards left at 100mt. Close to many locations of interest, train station, highways and airport.

SITUATED IN AN EXCLUSIVE RESIDENTIAL AREA JUST 900MT FROM THE TOWN AND PORT (FRESH FISH EVERY DAY). NO BUSTLE AND TRAFFIC; PERFECT FOR RELAXING BUT CLOSE TO THE LIVELY TOWN AND EQUIPPED BEACHES. INCREDIBLE RENOWNED PUGLIA CUSINE RESTAURANTS, PIZZERIA'S AND POSH BARS AND PUBS IN THE TOWN AND ALONG THE 2KM SEA FRONT. TRANI HAS MANY EVENTS AND IN JUNE IT HOLDS THE INTERNATIONAL PYROTECHNICAL COMPETITION. OLD TOWN HISTORICAL TRANI IS VERY QUAINT AND FAMOUS FOR IT'S SEA FRONT CATTHEDRAL AND CASTLE.
