The Villa dei Sogni extends over a single floor and is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 14,000 square meters. Built and furnished in the 70s by the well-known television host MIKE BONGIORNO to whom it belonged for many years, its interior is particularly well-kept and furnished with traditional furniture and accessories, many of which belonged to the previous owner, to keep its charm intact. The floors inside as well as outside are hand-decorated in Santo Stefano di Camastra ceramics. The main villa consists of 8 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower plus three dependances with bathroom and kitchen. Guests can enjoy the living room with fireplace, entrance hall, living room, large covered patio. Outside, typical Aeolian oven and barbecue. The main body rooms overlook the 15 x 8 meter swimming pool with views of the island's 2 bays. The villa can also be reached directly by helicopter which can land on the property. Transfers to and from Catania airport, chef specializing in Italian cuisine, cooking service, waiters, driver, customized tours, boat with skipper are available on request.
The villa is located in the area of ​​Vulcanello in a context of prestigious villas. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the town of Vulcano porto. It takes about 1 hour to reach the top of the crater. The characteristic Valle dei Mostri (rocks sculpted by the wind) is a 10-minute walk away. With a short walk you can reach many restaurants preparing traditional Sicilian and Aeolian dishes. The thermal muds are located less than 10 minutes from the Villa dei Sogni. To better enjoy the island in its extension it is possible to rent scooters, quods and cars at a special price. The geothermal pools are located 10 minutes walk from the Villa dei Sogni and guests are given a 20% discount for access. From the volcano it is possible to visit the other 6 islands with day and night boat trips. During the night tour it will be possible to see the red lava flow of Stromboli.
