The paved solarium area develops around it, equipped with umbrellas, 6 sunbeds and a shower. The house offers a porch equipped with table, chairs, portable barbecue and a seating area. Guests, surrounded by olive trees, can take walks within the entirely fenced property (approximately 5,000 m2). An automatic gate leads to the inside of the property with private parking. The villa (400 m2) has been completely renovated. The gr. floor opens onto a living room (TV and fireplace), large dining room and kitchen,with access to the porch equipped for outdoor dining, service bathroom (toilet and sink). The kitchen features also: dishwasher, air fryer, washing machine located externally on the balcony. An internal staircase (18 steps) leads to the 1st floor with a double bedroom (2 windows, private shower bathroom and hydromassage tub), a double bedroom and a bunk bedded room suitable for children, both with access to a lbalcony, a shower bathroom and 2 double bedrooms, both with private shower bathroom, AND small balcony. Via a staircase (13 steps), we access the relaxation area attic. At the foot of the Pistoia hills, in a residential area, surrounded by olive and fruit trees. The villa has wi-fi internet connection, central heating, fans in all bedrooms, courtesy set in the bathrooms, baby bed, high chair. The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas (but not heating), electricity, wi-fi internet connection,, high chair and baby bed. Important Information The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Arrivals must take place between 4 pm and 8 pm. A small pet is allowed upon payment of Euro 50/booking. Guests are asked to respect the silence hours from 11pm to 8am.
