The villa is located in a characteristic village called Scala (Minuta area), not very far from the center of Ravello (about 3 km). Once you have climbed the 150 steps that allow you to reach the villa you will be in a paradise that directly overlooks the coast staring at Amalfi and Atrani, (the path to reach the villa on foot is 400m long) The villa has a central area and two outbuildings. There is a swimming pool measuring 4.5 meters by 9.50 meters which is for the exclusive use of guests. The entire house must be booked for exclusive use. The house is in perfect condition, recently restored, and consists of a central body with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 2 annexes each with a bedroom, a double bed and bathrooms. The villa is always rented in full. If your group at any time (either at check-in or during the holiday) exceeds any maximum limit, an automatic penalty equal to double the security deposit will be due. Any additional guests exceeding the maximum allowed will be asked to leave the property at the owner's discretion. Final cleaning two hundred and fifty euros to be paid in cash upon arrival. Heating is paid according to consumption (3 euros per cubic meter) in cash. Electricity is included in the price of the villa up to 20 kW per day, in case of excess you will pay sixty cents per kW. Due to the presence of neighbors around the villa, it is necessary to respect the quiet of the place from 11 pm onwards , in response to complaints from neighbors, a penalty of one hundred euros per night will be paid. Rubbish must be collected according to municipal rules. Towels and sheets are changed on the seventh day of stay. Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival is one and fifty cents per person per night (in cash) It is not possible to pay by card in the facility. In case of check in after 8pm an extra of thirty euros will be required until 10pm, after 10pm an extra of seventy euros
