Villa Le Balze is located in Vinci, Tuscany. This detached vacation rental property sleeps up to 11 people (9 adults and 2 children) with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms along with private swimming pool. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure. The house heating is with electricity and it is charged at a daily rate of 12 Euros . If required, please contact us to arrange electricity. The tax amount is set at 1.50 Euros per night per person. The tax is payable for up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Children under 14 years old are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent
