Villa Lo Stemma is a beautiful farmhouse located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in Monte San Savino, a charming village that embodies the tradition and beauty of Tuscany. Built in 1924 in stone and brick, the villa has been completely renovated with great attention to detail, maintaining its authentic and rustic character intact, but with all modern comforts. The property is immersed in a large garden that surrounds a private salt pool (6x12m) with a depth varying from 130 cm to 2 meters, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days or for relaxing in the sun on the comfortable deckchairs and umbrellas. Every corner of the villa has been designed to offer a comfortable and welcoming environment, where guests can feel at home and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. Inside the villa, spaces are tastefully and simply furnished, maintaining a warm and familiar atmosphere. The house is developed entirely on the second floor (the ground floor are cellars) and has 3 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 5 people, and a bathroom with shower, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The well-equipped open kitchen is ideal for preparing typical Tuscan dishes, while the living room, complete with a working fireplace, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy company. The fireplace adds a touch of atmosphere that makes the villa cozy even in the cooler months. The house is fully equipped. For outdoor lunches and dinners, there is a patio in the garden with table, chairs and a kitchenette with BBQ, perfect for grilling meat or simply enjoying a meal surrounded by greenery. In addition, bed linen and towels, a hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and refrigerator are available. Central heating ensures maximum comfort in winter, while in summer the house is equipped with fans for natural freshness.
