Villa Magarà is surrounded by 120000 square meters of greenery near the Madonie Park and enjoys a splendid view of the sea of Cefalù. The 600 meters shown in the preview are as the crow flies, the actual distance from the first beach (Kalura) is 1.3 km. The structure offers different types of apartments: two-room, four-room apartments, attics and villas. Our guests can enjoy maximum relaxation, reach the beach of Cefalù easily, 5 minutes by car, walk in the park and make friends with the numerous animals. The property has a small swimming pool with a breathtaking view, (for safety reasons, this year will be subject to limitations), free on-site parking, barbecue stations, wifi and a farm.

Neighborhood info

Villa Magarà is located 2.5 km from the historic center of Cefalù, where you can admire the Cathedral, the medieval wash house and the Rocca. The Cefalù seafront with its crystal clear sea is well equipped with various beaches and is very lively in the evening. But the place that absolutely deserves to be visited is the splendid Caletta Kalura at 1.3 km, set in the green, with its transparent sea full of fish of a thousand colors.
