The villa is part of Azienda Agricola Marchetti, which is located on one of the most beautiful hills in the province of Ascoli Piceno, in the south of the Marche region, just 3 km drive from Cupra Marittima, a pretty little seaside town. From the house and between the organic vineyards of the estate, you can enjoy a wide view to the east of the Adriatic sea and the medieval village of Borgo Marano, and west south-west of the mountains of the Marche and Abruzzo, the highest of the Apennines ,. The mountains (the beautiful Sibillini) are 1 hour away.  The property The estate, owned by the Marchetti family for generations, covers 15 hectares and is located 200 m. above sea level. The constant breeze ensures a warm temperate in the summer. The company is mainly cultivated with vineyards and olive groves in full in organic farming certified by more than seven years. The fruit trees complete the crops. The grape varieties in cultivation are typical of the area: Pecorino and Passerina among white varieties; Montepulciano and Sangiovese among the red. We grow in small extensions also some international varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot
Our area has the privilege to meet many tourist needs. We have the sandy beaches of the "Riviera delle Palme", ​​the gentle hills for hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts,. the most beautiful mountains of the Apennines just an hour of self- The beautiful caves of Frasassi in less than two hours. The art and culture enthusiasts can visit Ascoli Piceno, a beautiful city of Roman times with one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, art galleries and museums, towers Lombard era, or Latch or any of our municipalities, each with its own history and his works of art. Gastronomy is of high quality and during the summer food and wine event are numerous. On the coast the fish restaurants offer the Adriatic fish rightly considered among the best.
