Matera Villa Mater is an ideal location for those looking for an oasis of serenity. It is only 4km from the city center and 300m from Matera's neighbor, Borgo La Martella (an old part of Matera where people from the old town 'Sassi' were moved after the evacuation of the ancient city, and where the famous Church by Quaroni is located). Matera Villa Mater is the ideal location to visit Matera and the old town's 'Sassi' while enjoying relaxing accommodation. The Villa offers two enclosed patios, each about 40 square meters, one by the house and one near the swimming pool, and an open space of 800 square meters for enjoying the sun and playing. An outdoor pool (4X9,5m and 1,2m deep) with a solarium area around the pool. Villa Mater is a premium accommodation for families and couples visiting Matera and seeking a relaxing atmosphere. It offers 3 independent apartments. The pool is open from the end of May till end of September. The tourist tax is not included in the price. Pets - upon request - are allowed, subject to the host's rules. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL IS SHARED AMONG GUESTS.
