Villa of 17th century located on the top of a hill close by the medieval Verdelli castle 10 km from Montalcino (Brunello wine). Surrounded by 2 Hectars of Olives trees and wine yard. In the middle of the countryside , the villa offers a perfect stay to enjoy peace and quietness, trekking and biking around the most beautifull Tuscany landscapes. The beautifull beaches of Maremma are just 1 hour car distance.Available with all kind of comforts, the villa has two floors. At the ground floor, a big kitchen&Dining area in front of a fireplace, a vast “salone” (typical countryside living room), a laundry room; the first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa is surrounded by a vast garden with BBQ, tables, parasols and laying chairs. A small independent house (dependence) on the side of the villa offers 2 single beds, a bathroom and a kitchen. A place that meets the need of relaxing in total harmony with nature with the possibility of day trips to neighbouring medieval villages (Montalcino, San Quirico, Pienza, Buonconvento) and well-known thermal locations (Bagno Vignoni, Rapolano Terme).
Andrea is a 27 years girl. she is taking care of the villa and organize activities for children: animals watching. Andrea is a great cooker and can be at disposal for organizing excellent tuscany meals. You can buy from Andrea a lot of locally made food: olive oil, red montalcino wine, legumes ...
in the area are of 20 kmts there are some of the most beautifull small towns from medieval age. montalcino, san quirico d'orcia, bagni vignoni, san antimo, Pienza. the villa is nearby the pilgrim walk : VIA FRANCIGENA. fantastic bike tours are possible in the area
