In the villa there are two apartments. Luxury apartment: this nice accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with double bed), 1 living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, 1 bathroom, a patio and a wide green garden with private parking spot. Classic apartment: this cute accommodation comprises 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, 1 bathroom, 1 courtyard with table and umbrella and a wide green garden with private parking spot.
Just few meters from the beach. The whole structure is located between Terracina and San Felice Circeo, both tourist seaside destinations just 1 hour away from Rome by car and 2 hours from Naples. The surrounding area is very tranquil and quiet. Just in front of the villa there is a bar/restaurant/pizzeria and just 50 m ahead there is the residence Baia Verde, where you can have a nice walk by the beach. Just 500 m away from the structure, furthermore, there is also a supermarket.
