Rignana estate runs weekly Art retreats. The property is set on its 150 acres of organic wine and olive oil estate, with spectacular views of the world famous Chianti Rowling hills, just 40min from Florence. Health comes mainly from what we eat so most of the products used in the kitchen are grown on our estate. We are a family run property with many loving pets, horses, alpacas, 3 dogs, chickens and bunnies, who all live in freedom. We are proud to have received an eco friendly badge so if you expect a daily towel change this is not the right place. The true luxury is the beauty that surrounds us, the flavors of our fresh products and the old fashion way of hospitality which makes the experience between host and hosted, a special one. A family run estate, Alessandra with a background in interior design, has renovated the property to a hight standard, Martino is an engineer and wine expert. We are in the heart of the Chianti region, surrounded the best restaurants and wineneries like Antinori, Tignanello, Sassicaia, Frescobaldi. Greve in Chianti and Panzano are our local villages were Dario Checchini is the local butcher.
