Beautiful villa surrounded by greenery and tranquility, located in Sales. Thanks to its location will allow you to reach in a few minutes by car the Miramare Castle, the Giant Cave and the bay of Sistiana. It can accommodate 5 people and is ideal for a group of friends or a family. You will have ample parking located inside the Villa, a volleyball net, a large swimming pool and a large garden where you can have lunch or sunbathe. The space is divided as follows: large and bright LIVING ROOM with two comfortable sofas, SMART TV and spacious dining table, with access to the terrace where another dining table is located. KITCHEN complete with stove, oven, electric oven, microwave, tea kettle, dishwasher, various utensils. 2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, with access to large terrace. 1 BEDROOM, with single bed. 1ST BATHROOM with large whirlpool bath. 2ND BATHROOM with large shower, bidet. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, penguin for air conditioning. DURING THE STAY: 🕒 Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 19:00. You will be contacted by our staff to register your documents via our Guest Portal, you will be required to provide ID for all guests.The day of your arrival, during check-in times, you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 'Via Trento 15a , only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. Accommodation tax is per person per night for the first 5 nights, payable at check-in.
