Sitting/dining-room with open fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom, double bedroom leading to a single bedroom, bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: with entrance from the porch on the higher level of the garden, it comprise sitting/dining-room with double sofa bed and open fireplace, kitchen, two double bedrooms, single bedroom, bathroom with shower. Completely restored, the house preserves its original structure in tipical tuscan style, country but warm and cozy with its natural stone walls, terracotta floors and wood-beamed-ceiling. All around the house a wide green space (approx. 1.500 m2) completely fenced and overlooking the valley below equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and wood oven for making pizzas. The garden and the private fenced swimming pool (size m 5x10 - depth m 1,50) are for the exclusive use of our guests, as well as the children playground, and the table tennis.
