Villa Montemar is a modern design house nestled in the wonderful Mount Mapila, in Castello di Baida area. This authentic and uncontaminated spot is a few minutes driving from the old village of Scopello. The villa is a new two-story building. The ground floor consists of an open living area/kitchen, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower and a small terrace. The master bedroom boasts a large picture window with breathtaking views of the valley and sea beyond. The terrace, furnished with a small table and chairs, offers a mountain view. All the rooms are air conditioned and furnished in a modern and functional style. Villa Montemar is surrounded by a gorgeous Mediterranean garden with olive trees, prickly pears and other local plants. The villa has two covered verandas with outdoor furniture, a bbq area with a typical Sicilian wood oven adjacent to a large dining table under a gazebo with a beautiful sea view. On the side of the house there is a swimming pool (8mx4m), a solarium furnished with sun beds, and an external shower.
