Country farmhouse for 13 persons. Around the house there is a lovely garden full of flowers, completely fenced, and equipped with gazebo and garden furniture, which merges harmoniously with the surrounding natural environment. To one side of the garden there is a lovely swimming pool (6 x 9 m., depth 1,20 m.) and an hydro massage bath (6 seats - on payment). BASEMENT: Laundry room with washing machine and iron, gym with bench, tapis roulant, step, cyclette etc... GROUND FLOOR: large sitting-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with shower, sitting room with fireplace and kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower suitable for disabled (except for the shower). With separate access there is also sitting-dining room with kitchenette, single sofa bed and fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: twin bedroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and bathroom with shower. HEATING ON PAYMENT (ON CONSUMPTION).

This beautiful farmhouse is set in the woody hills that separate the Chiana and the Arno valleys, in a panoramic position with a superb view of the valley below and of the nearby town of Arezzo. The city of Arezzo, only 8 km away, is endowed with shops, restaurants and all kind of services.
