The property is located in the heart of the Sassi di Matera, 100 meters from the central Piazza Vittorio Veneto. The apartment has been recently renovated. A paid spa service is available in an adjacent building. Since the Sassi di Matera are a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), access and parking are not possible on site, but free or paid public parking is available in the surrounding areas. Given the characteristics of the property, which includes stairs, and the shape of the Sassi, we do not recommend it for guests with mobility issues.

The apartment's layout based on the number of guests is as follows: • 4 guests: 1 double bed and 2 single beds. • 5 guests: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 1 single sofa bed. • 6 guests: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 2 single sofa beds. BASIC RULES OF USE: The information, images, and icons for the beds displayed by Booking indicate the maximum capacity and possible configurations of the apartment. The actual configuration prepared and authorized for use is exclusively that associated with the number of guests indicated in the reservation. Any beds present in the apartment but not included in the reservation configuration are not part of the purchased service and are not authorized for use. Additional beds may be requested, subject to availability, for a surcharge of 30 euro per bed per day. It is prohibited to use, move, or modify beds or mattresses not included in the booked configuration.
