Our company has been operating in the hospitality sector in Florence for over ten years. Every day, we manage a selection of apartments with passion and care, located within the UNESCO World Heritage Site, in the heart of Florence's historic center, just steps from the most significant attractions: the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, the Basilica of Santa Croce, the Galleria dell'Accademia, the Uffizi Gallery, and Palazzo Pitti. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

A cozy apartment in a very central location, just a few steps from Florence’s Cathedral and the renowned Via Tornabuoni with its high-end fashion boutiques. Situated in a lively and dynamic neighborhood rich in services, restaurants, and traditional shops. Located on the third floor of a typical Florentine building without an elevator, the apartment features a bright and spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.  Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Eur will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons. For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.  As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
