situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della citta a dalla stazione dei treni. si raggiunge la piazzo in pochi minuti. comodo e vicino al casello autostradale della A14 . nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti un centro commerciale e vari servizi ( farmacia bar tabacchi parrucchiera estetista gelateria ecc ecc. centro commerciale la filanda raggiungibile a piedi.
