It is easily reached from Palermo in about 45 minutes. Furthermore Xenia House is a few meters from the sea: 100 steps! So in less than a minute you reach a wide and sandy beach far from the tourist bustle. The independent house is accessible from two convenient entrances: one on a public road, the other within a private context. Contrada Romana Salinelle n. 79
