Discover Sardinia with us :) Your Estay Local Manager will contact you. At check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian law on vacation rental. The payment of the city tax is required. The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rental fee and the fee for the additional services provided to the guest by the property Manager.
