This well appointed and cozy Bungalow is situated on a Close in a well appointed residential neighbourhood where most homes are Owner occupied. Property is located within walking distance of the Manchester Country Club which offers golf, tennis and a jogging trail. The property is served by route taxis offering easy access to the Mandeville Town Center. Property consists of three (3) Bedrooms, two (2) Bathrooms, Living and Dining Rooms, Laundry and an Entertainment Room, with spacious front and back yards. Property is wired for security which is served by Hawkeye, an efficient and reliable Security Company. The Master Bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. Both garage door and entrance gate are remotely operated and controlled.
Chateau Yellow is located in close access to the Mandeville Town Center and is served by route taxis. The property is within walking distance of Manchester Golf Club, home of the oldest Golf Course in the Western Hemisphere, and Brooks Park, the town's main sporting venue.
