The real Jamaica. A two bedroom board house with a large kitchen, spacious living room and porch. The large private fenced off yard has fruit trees. The beach is right in front! Little Bay is a very special place with minimal tourists and lots of friendly locals. Annette, my house keeper, a very special wonderful lady, will make breakfast for you every morning for a small fee if you want and keep you informed and entertained! Courtney, her husband, has a taxi and can pick you up at the airport or tour you around.
I've lived in Jamaica for 20 years, formally Canadian, and run a medical practice in Montego Bay. I love to relax in Little bay with my extended family. I love fishing with the local fisherman and snorkelling the reef. Grammas Bar is where you might find me playing dominoes and Tikis for some chicken. The people are friendly.
This is a beach house 15 yards from Little Bay Beach. Check out the aerial photo. Damian has a bar close by. Tiki's restaurant is about a mile away. Grandma’s Bar, the center of Little Bay, is a great place to have a Red Stripe and mingle with the locals. Bob Marley's remnants of a beach house and fresh water cave (you must try) is a little past Grandma’s bar and worth checking out. JAMWEST is a race track with lots of things to do, like zip lining, quad driving, race car driving and nature walks. Negril is 30 minutes away west. To the East, Appelton Estate, Mayfield falls, Yves falls and Pelican Bar are worthy sites to explore. Hang out on the beach under a grape tree in a hammock or lounge on the porch and listen to music via WIFI is tops!
