If you want to hang out with the group on the upstairs 2nd floor balcony that has seating for 5 but comfortably hosts 6 you can sit and laugh and enjoy the mountain breeze while playing some music from your apple/spotify music collection. Laundry is available for stays 5 days and longer. Please be respectful of the areas in the home that is locked and not available for guest access. Solar water heater to allow for hot water as well as electric for the cloudy and overcast days. The kitchen comes equipped full gas range stove oven and is controlled by a power bar located right above the stove. Once turned on it will allow the stove to work. The kitchen also features a very hight tech microwave oven. The fridge has water and ice features. All AC units are controlled by power bar which turns red to indicate that is it's turned on ready for the remote.
