Cozy, clean and secure modern studio nestled in the quiet gated residential community of Charlton. This 400 sq. ft. unit located on the ground floor, offers convenient and affordable accommodation for a couple seeking a memorable experience while on a budget. Charlton is considered one of the most sought after areas due to its close proximity to most of the attractions within the Kingston area. The kitchen facility was recently upgraded with granite counter tops and is stacked with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker and kettle. Apartment offers a air-conditioning unit as well as water heater for your comfort. For your "lazy days", relax with movies on the SMART TV.

Our goal is to ensure your experience is comfortable, enjoyable and memorable with the hope you will be returned guests. I live 10 minutes away - My phone number will be provided to answer any queries that may arise.

Major landmarks to name a few include Manor Park plaza which include Pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and a variety of fast food restaurants. The unit is about 150 meters from the main road (Shortwood Road) where Buses and taxis are easily available. The contact for authorized private taxi services will also be made available. The unit is within 10 minutes drive from the world renowned Devon House, Bob Marley Museum, Half Way Tree known for commercial activity and New Kingston; the business capital of Jamaica.
