PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Set up in the lap of nature and sea, Villa De Sonja is an immaculate 3 bedroom 2 bath home with private patio uniquely embodied in the privately gated waterfront community of Marina Villas, Ocho Rios. The home invites comfort, and exudes modern elegance. Spanning at 2,000 SF, this open floor layout include a AC, ceiling fan, free Wi-Fi, and flat screen TV. The master bedroom has its own private bath with whirlpool tub for guests who simply just want a quiet escape in a bubble bath with a glass of wine while soaking the stress away. Perfect for anyone, this home is ideally positioned to enjoy relaxation to whatever relaxes you. Whether horseback riding; water sports galore; shopping; sightseeing; river rafting; sampling local rums and coffee.....the list is seemingly endless!!!
ABOUT THE HOST: We are sisters and owners of “Villa De Sonja”. We value faith, family, kindness, and we are committed to service excellence. We are both in the medical profession and have served in the military with combined total service of 47 years. Sonja enjoys all things “Water Sports” and Maria enjoys all things “Theater and Music” - Her favorite past time, quiet solace listening to reggae music. Our passion for starting this vocation home service is exceeded by our passion for traveling, cultural experiences, and helping people experience a taste of what we love – comfortable and luxurious beach front accommodation at a reasonable price on our Island paradise, Jamaica. We are looking forward to assisting you in achieving a positive, meaningful, and magnificent vocation experience. Likewise, contribute to the igniting of connections between families, friends, love ones, and the local Islanders.
ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Excellent neighborhood and great location! We value your safety and comfort - Gated community with 24 hour onsite security. The property also has onsite out-door pool, gym, and sandy beach. Convenient shopping and major tourist attractions, Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain, and Dolphin Cove are located less than 8 miles from the Villa. Bettino restaurant /Bar and lounge located less than 3 minutes-walk away. Horseback riding, shopping, and river rafting within 10-15 miles away from the Villa.
