24 hours security on site. Only staff, owners or invited guests/renters are allowed on site. Located between the Royalton and Hedonism. Features three unique rock pools, a family beach and a private beach next to Hedonism. The condo comes with a queen size bed, a 3 piece suite in the lounge/dining area and a dining table that seats 4. A fridge freezer, cable TV and unlimited Wifi, Air conditioning and ceiling fan. Kitchen comes with electric cooker/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a coffee blender cutlery and utensils. On site you can spend your time time snorkelling, seeing the wonderful species of marine life or exploring the interesting grottoes near the rock pools or lounge by the pool or the beach. You also have the benefit of a jogging track and the use of a tennis court if keeping fit is part of your agenda, or finding a quiet spot, which there is plenty of to relax and reflect.

Hosting for 10yrs, reside overseas but visits on a fairly regular basis. The housekeeper looks after the apartment and assist the guests as and when required. She is contactable by phone. The owner is also contactable by phone or email.

Supermarkets- 10 minutes taxi ride into town. The local Petcom and ATM is within walking distance from the The Point. Restaurants -Sweet Spot, Sweet Spice, Alfred Ocean Palace and many more along the Norman Manley Blvd and the West End of Negril. Some offer a free shuttle service to and from their restaurant. Kool Runnings Water Park for family entertainment which is the largest water park in Jamaica, it is located 5 minutes away via taxi along the Norman Manley BLVD. Duty-free stores, NCB Bank and ATM, as well as a public beach on Norman Manley BLVD. Nova Scotia Bank and ATM in town. Entertainment - Dance clubs, live beach entertainments and other nightlife or events during Spring Breaks, Dream Weekends and Jamaica Independence and other Bank holiday. Taxis are available just outside the Point, travel into town is roughly 15 US return, they will take you anywhere you wish and wait . Longer journeys will cost more and it is best you negotiate the cost before travel. Tours can be arranged through local trusted chartered drivers.
