Absolutely outstanding, as very chic, modern, comfortable, with all new furniture and furnishings. Excellent condition. Located on the ground floor, is this rare 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APARTMENT CAN BE RENTED AS A ONE BEDROOM FOR LESS THAN THE ADVERTISED PRICE. Ideal for executives, honeymooners and families. The fact that it is on the ground floor, means no struggling with suitcases and baby buggies, etc to the floors above. It is also a cut above the rest in terms of decor, so come see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

The location is absolutely fantastic being near to well know local places of interest eg. Dunns River, Mystic Ridge. No real need for a car as everything you need is in walking distance.
