A brand new furnished Studio apartment in DAMAC Tower in an amazing area with walking distance from malls, hospital, shops, restaurants. Central AC and a dedicated parking space. Fully furnished with brand new IKEA furniture and Appliances. Amazing Building Facilities including Gym, Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools. The tenant will be required to sign a contract and pay security deposit.
