Welcome to this unique full sea view 2 bedroom apartment. Treat yourself to a quiet and comfortable stay, a few steps away from the beach club for some upbeat music, and with access to a private beach for a more relaxed time. Please note that all guests will need to provide copies of their passport of national ID. These are strict requirements by Ayla Community Management to ensure they facilitate the guests entry to the property. Guests who wish to access the B12 beach club can do so by paying the entry fees directly to B12. This apartment does not provide free access. Also, the main guest needs to be above 21 years of age. Only families allowed.

Ayla Oasis is a new waterfront community on Aqaba’s Red Sea shore. It features a lively marina, an 18‑hole Greg Norman golf course, and retail, dining, plus entertainment venues. Their newest development is the Azure beach residences, offering you a resident-exclusive private beach, with free access, sun-beds, umbrellas, and a bbq area right by the beach. B12 is right next to the community, with access fees upon entry.
