I started out in the lodging industry since march 2019 , When I began as a host, I found that I really enjoyed the position. It gives me the opportunity to meet many different people as they come through the door, making each feel like a valued guest. Knowing the quality of the lodging experience, my job opening for a Guest caught my attention. In my position, I find that I can do a lot more than simply let people know when their Rooms is ready and taking them to it. By listening to people and communicating with them, I help them with information about the site , or meals and food the culture . the first representative of the apartments and, as such, can have a great impact on how customers perceive the establishment. Hosts can also have a great effect on the work of the staff, as the happier guests are when seeing there rooms clean and fancy ,the Guest known for being proactive in making there visit feel appreciated and welcome. Therefore, I feel my attitude toward customer service will be a perfect fit.
