This property has no front desk. All check-in details, including the address and exterior photos, will be sent to you via message on the day of your arrival. After your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a guest registration form and upload a photo of your government-issued ID. No Cleaning During Your Stay: For multi-night stays, we ask that you reuse the towels provided and use the in-room washing machine if needed. Guest Registration (Required by Japanese Law): All hosts must collect guest information, including name, home address, occupation, and stay dates. If you do not have a home address in Japan, we are required to obtain a copy of your passport, including nationality and passport number. CCTV/Security Camera: For guest safety and to assist with self-check-in, the unit is monitored by CCTV. This is a legal requirement for hotels and short-term rentals.
