For the sake of those staying downstairs, please refrain from loud voices and heavy footsteps after 8pm. If you come home after 10pm every day or are up all night, please reserve the 1st floor (Family room for 4). The room is basically designed for 2 guests. For stays of 3 or more guests, the 3rd guest will use the sofa bed, and the 4th guest will need to place the mattress on the floor and set up the bedding themselves. Please note that the room will become quite crowded with 4 guests and luggage. A three-story studios apartment in a quiet residential area. There is one free parking space per two rooms, and you must reserve one. The room has a private bath and a simple kitchen, an induction cooker, a deep frying pan, knife, etc., a refrigerator, a microwave, a water heater, a coffee hand dripper, etc., a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a vacuum cleaner, a wiper mop, and a humidifier. There is no dryer. Please note that we cannot dry laundry quickly. [Please understand that this is a home rental that blends into a residential area and is not a hotel. If any smoking odor or damage is detected, guests will be required to leave immediately without refund, regardless of the reason, and a special cleaning fee will be charged. Izumisano is a quiet rural town close to the sea, mountains and shopping malls. We always try our best to help guests in need. However, I also work another job, and there are no full-time staff at this property. Check-in procedures and house rules cannot be explained in person at reception. To avoid problems on the day of your stay, please read the house rules in the photos and the instructions sent by message carefully. I worked in hotels and spas and learned hygiene. We manage the rooms with our wonderful staff, who are housewives with 20-40 years of experience, and we have created a room with an exquisite balance of cleanliness, convenience and rationality. The floors are cleaned three times: vacuumed, dry wiped, and wet wiped.

It is 5 mins walk to the station, cafes, bars, and restaurants., 2 mins to the convenience store, and 8 mins to the supermarket. There are two more supermarkets if you go a little further.
