This property has no front desk. All check-in details, including the address and exterior photos, will be sent to you via message on the day of your arrival. After your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a guest registration form and upload a photo of your government-issued ID. Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM Please adhere to these times, as we need to clean for the next guest. No smoking inside the unit. Parties are strictly prohibited. No pets allowed. No Cleaning During Your Stay: For multi-night stays, we ask that you reuse the towels provided and use the in-room washing machine if needed. Guest Registration (Required by Japanese Law): All hosts must collect guest information, including name, home address, occupation, and stay dates. If you do not have a home address in Japan, we are required to obtain a copy of your passport, including nationality and passport number. CCTV/Security Camera: For guest safety and to assist with self-check-in, the unit is monitored by CCTV. This is a legal requirement for hotels and short-term rentals. Driving in downtown area can be a little confusing, especially if you are new.
