Shoes are strictly prohibited inside; please remove them at the entrance. Please handle all furniture, appliances, and fixtures with care. In the event of damage or loss, please report it immediately. Additional charges may apply based on the extent of the damage. Always lock the entrance door when going out or sleeping. Please note that if someone is inside and the outer entrance door (different from the front door) is locked from the outside, it cannot be unlocked from within. Non-guests are strictly prohibited from entering (monitored by security cameras at the entrance). Please notify us before check-in if there are additional guests (max capacity: 4 people). An additional charge of 30,000 JPY per person will be applied for unauthorized guests. Parties are prohibited on the premises. Please keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 to 8:00. Be mindful of loud voices, projector, or music volume. Please separate trash and dispose of it in the provided bins. Please take any vomit or items with strong odors with you. Always turn off all lights, air conditioning, and appliances when going out or checking out. Please return the key to the key box upon checkout. We assume no responsibility for any theft or accidents that occur in the parking lot. Please note that additional charges (JPY10,000 for every 30 minutes (or part thereof) will apply if check-in and check-out times are not observed. When using the BBQ, please use the power outlet located behind the sauna and turn off the power when not in use. Please follow the rules and enjoy your stay.
