Rent one whole unit with a floor area 58.9㎡ in the family-type condominium. Easy access to the building located across from the main entrance of Sendai central police station. 9-minute walk to Sendai station’s subway exit and 3-minute walk to Itsutsubashi station. Perfect place for a long stay, with convenience stores, supermarkets and laundry shops located nearby.
I am the head of a real estate company, Canello Company Limited, which owns and manages condominiums and apartments for rental in Sendai city. Since August 2018, We have been offering some units in the family-type condo building as vacation rental. Being a host is a whole new experience for me.
