[Property Description] Welcome to Casa YONNA Naha! This modern, stylish apartment is located on the 10th floor of a recently built high-rise in Akebono, Naha City. The room accommodates up to 6 guests and is perfect for families, with amenities including a baby bathtub and a Bumbo chair. Designed for travelers who want to “live like a local,” the apartment features a full bathtub, Wi-Fi, and all the latest comforts. The balcony provides a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy a peaceful moment. [Other Important Notes] ◇After booking, we will send instructions for advance check-in. All guests (including children) must be registered, and a valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or health insurance card) is required before check-in. Without this, the key code cannot be provided. ◇ A dedicated app is required for check-in. Please download the app in advance and make sure you have an active internet connection. You will not be able to enter the room without an internet connection. ◇ Parking is available for one vehicle. ◇The property is in a residential area. Please avoid loud noise at all times. ◇Please inform us if guest numbers differ from the booking. Extra guests without notice may incur charges. ◇No shoes indoors, no fireworks, no smoking. ◇Towels are provided for one night per guest. Please use the washing machine if needed. ◇No daily cleaning, linen change, or consumable restocking. Cleaning can be arranged on request (fee applies). For stays longer than 2 weeks, cleaning will be provided during the stay. ◇If the cleaning company finds the property excessively dirty, an additional fee may apply. ◇No on-site staff and no luggage storage service. ◇Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. ◇Forgotten items can be shipped (delivery + handling fee2,200yen). ◇Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
