“少見的室內車庫，冬天出門不用除雪，但是沒有電梯，要扛行李上樓。客廳超寬敞，大沙發好坐，大電視好看，大片玻璃窗的景色更是無敵。浴室蓮蓬頭出水大水溫夠，床墊很厚很Q軟很好睡。裝潢略顯老派，廚房設計有年代感，整體屋況維護的很好，地段安靜，值得推薦。”

“民宿整體的風格很歐風，跟照片一樣。停車方便就在民宿前面庭院。房間整潔，客廳很大，電視很大樓陽台陽台早上可以看到日出。廚房跟餐廳都很棒，浴室空間大，乾濕分離。。2樓是3間房間及一間廁所，3樓是客廳、餐廳、廚房跟衛浴、廁所。開車到涵館朝市不遠，附近有幾家廳還不錯，但可能客滿。”
