[About Our Vintage Building] Our property is a charming 30+ year-old wooden building. While we completed major renovations in 2020 and updated the interiors recently, we have retained the original plumbing (bath and toilet). Vintage Charm & Scent: Due to its age, the building has a natural vintage wood scent. Original Bathrooms: We maintain strict cleaning standards, but unavoidable signs of aging remain in the bathrooms. If you are highly sensitive to smells or require ultra-modern plumbing, our property may not be the best fit. Shared Areas: Exterior corridors and windows are cleaned monthly, so natural dust from the outdoors is inevitable. [Facilities & Amenities] Self Check-in: We are fully unmanned with no front desk. You will enjoy total privacy, and we are always available via message! Loft Space: Please note the loft ceilings are very low (you cannot stand upright) and are strictly for crawling and sleeping. Amenities: For hygiene, we provide durable, multi-day disposable towels and first-day toothbrushes. Feel free to bring your standard towels if preferred! Kitchen: Reheating food (microwave/induction) is free. Full cooking and use of kitchenware require an advance booking (1,000 JPY/day). [Important House Rules] Guest Registration: As required by Japanese law, all adults must complete an online form sent 5 days before arrival to receive the entry passcode. 1-Hour Inspection Policy: Please inspect your room within 1 HOUR of check-in. Report any issues immediately so we can promptly reclean or assist you. We cannot accept complaints or offer compensation for issues reported after this window or after your stay. 🏢 About the Accommodation • This is a 2-story apartment (rooms are located on both 1F and 2F). • Please note there is no elevator. • Layout: 1K + Loft, approx. 18–20㎡ (may feel compact for 3 adults). • Unit bath (not recently renovated / no washlet). • The building has age. Some areas show wear that cannot be fully restored by cleaning (not dirt, but normal aging). • For guests who prefer a “hotel-level new condition,” we kindly recommend choosing another property. ※ Important Note for 1F Rooms: Some guests may notice a mild building odor depending on humidity and weather. If you are particularly sensitive to smells, we recommend selecting a 2F room. 🛏 Sleeping Arrangements • Beds may include a single bed, loft double bed, or sofa bed (depending on room type). • Additional floor mattress (Japanese futon) available upon request. 🧴 Amenities • Disposable bath towel (1 set per guest per stay) • Disposable toothbrush(1 set per guest per stay) • Disposable slippers(1 set per guest per stay) • Body soap / Shampoo / Conditioner ※ For hygiene reasons, we do not provide reusable towels. ※ Additional disposable thing are available for JPY 100 each (please request in advance). 🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance • Each turnover is cleaned carefully (approx. 90 minutes per session). • However, due to the age of the building, some discoloration, scratches, or wear remain even after cleaning. • These are not hygiene issues but aging characteristics. Guests expecting “new-build condition” may feel it does not meet expectations. •Shared Space Notice: Mixed-use building with long-term residents. Rooms are professionally cleaned, but common areas follow a set schedule and aren't as pristine.
