“地點非常好，離單軌和百貨公司跟國際通都非常近，附近也有寄放行李的地方，退房當天不怕沒地方放。不過家庭如果四人入住還是要考慮空間舒適度，房間有問題跟屋主反應也能獲得即時回覆，情侶入住會比較適合!”

“原本很擔心是不是拿鑰匙不方便，但房東事前就做了一個使用手冊，讓我們很順利的拿到鑰匙，雖然不在海邊附近，但離市區非常的近，很適合最後二天住這邊，因為可以洗衣服，而且浴室有烘衣功能，讓我們一家人的臭衣服在一個晚上就洗好烘乾，我覺得很棒！！”

“地點距離縣廳前站走路大概5-7分鐘，天冷的時候拖行李箱覺得有點遠，沒有行李走去國際通就覺得很方便，位置還算不錯 照著指南可以拿到鑰匙，雖然在開電梯門的時候第一次沒插進去還以為是錯的鑰匙，後面越用越順手 洗手台的有原水和淨水，應該是可飲用水；馬桶抽水後上方的出水既能洗手又能流進馬桶當下次沖水，很特別的設計 設備和用品準備齊全，有洗衣機、晾衣架和晾衣台，衣櫥空間大 水壓大，熱水比較不穩定，但基本使用沒問題，可能是外面不能同時開水，會有影響 房間對於兩個人還算剛好，29吋行李箱和小行李...”
