"房間很舒適，連續住三天，也有幫忙更換毛巾跟清理垃圾，客服也很親切，很快速的回覆問題，我們這次是自駕，雖然飯店車位客滿了，但客服很貼心的告知，前台有提供附近其它停車場的資訊，很順利的就找到車位了，小缺點就是熊本fav房內有提醒洗衣機，這次在公共區域只有兩台，數量略顯不足。"
