There are many places to explore in Asahi Town. You can visit the Air Shrine, located in a quiet beech forest, the Ringo no Mori roadside station where local specialties are sold, the Apple Hot Spring where apples float in the bath, and the Asahi Town Wine Castle, where you can enjoy one of the town’s local specialties, Asahi Town wine. During the hiking season, you can also enjoy mountain climbing in places such as Mount Oasahidake. In winter, there is a ski resort nearby, so you can enjoy winter sports as well.
